I like weight lifting, it is a habit I picked up when I was in high school so a number of years ago. But, I just don't have the time to get to the fitness center these days. So, I have a small choice of weights that I can use at property, at my convenience. And, among my lots of odd and ends are these dumbbell handles.
It is quick and simple and easy to alter the weight of each and every dumbbell, and when it is together, it stays together, rather than the plates rotating and threatening to unscrew the collars. Yeah, I agree, if you are going to leave the weights set up, you will want to periodically retighten the nuts. But, I tend to take them apart at the finish of a workout, so what I appreciate is the speed with which they can be set up, changed, re-altered, and finally take apart. And then I can stack every little thing up in a cupboard and have my location all clean.
I have had these handles for sometime now, and am pretty content with them. If you or somebody you know desires to do some light weightlifting to get back into shape, then I highly suggest that you get these handles. Looks great and functions good!
Buy this with some of the Regular Flat Plates, or whatever plates you want, and you get an fantastic low cost weight set. The grip is beneficial, but by no signifies great.
The only dilemma is that the grip is too flexible. The plates will tilt slightly, but this is tolerable, specially for the low value. Hence the 4-star rating. For the price, this item is quickly 5 stars, but to give this 5 stars is to pretend that it is ideal.
