I am a private trainer and I use a 25 pound set of Reebok selectable weights for my in-residence coaching, but I wanted a heavier set for myself. I did a lot of research ahead of purchasing from Bayou Fitness and I have been 100% satisfied with the dumbbells that I received. Good excellent, Sharp look, secure and uncomplicated weight adjustment. It DOES adjust in 5 pound increments, despite the fact that the weight is slightly unbalanced when you do so. I do not find this to be a challenge, in truth it adds to the muscle confusion that leads to strength gains. I would and have suggested these weights to my clientele.
These weights are fairly beneficial, the only downsides are that at times the lever sticks, also they are only in ten pound increments.
