I am a high school baseball coach and I have purchased 3 kinds of adjustable dumbells. Following trying all three I have to say that these are the superior of the three. Factors becoming is mainly because they are straightforward to adjust the weights as opposed to the turn/click adjustable dumbells and they are far better mainly because the weights are strongly assembled as opposed to adjustable dumbells that use a plastic based material to hold the weights together.

Lastly, the price is proper.

These dumbells are undoubtedly not the perfect top quality but they get the job done. Initially, it is kindda challenging to change the weights. I also could not use 1 of the plates that came with the item but the customer service is pretty responsive and they mailed me a new plate actual fast.

Overall, just an OK item. You get what you spend for holds correct in this case.
