This is 1 hand weight, not a set of 2 hand weights. This is included in the product specifics, but I've gotten into a negative habit of reading reviews and not the item information. I'm giving it a low rating, simply because it seems intentionally misleading to deliver only 1 weight instead of a set. Of course, after receiving the product, I ordered one more to total the set (which is most likely the seller's objective, but it would be a hassle for me to return rather). I would not have selected this product for the price if I had realized it wasn't a set.
Then again, if you only have to have one weight, this one appears like a good top quality.
